• THREE BEDROOMS:

BEDROOM 1 (main floor): King sized bed with down pillows/comforter, twin bed pull-out chair.

BEDROOM 2 (upstairs): King bed with down pillows and comforter, twin bed, full-sized sofa-sleeper.

BEDROOM 3 (upstairs):  double/twin bunk bed, two more twin beds, full-sized sofa-sleeper.

• TWO FULL BATHROOMS with tub/shower-- 1 on each floor. Towels and soap/shampoo/conditioner provided for up to 10 guests.

• WELL EQUIPPED KITCHEN with stainless steel appliances, including: range, refrigerator with ice/water, microwave, dishwasher and espresso machine. Cookware, dishes, silverware, etc, for up to 10 guests, and a few pantry items provided for your convenience.

• GREAT ROOM with STONE FIREPLACE (including "MOOSE") and tall ceilings, comfortable leather sofas, and cozy lodge-like feel.

• HIGH SPEED INTERNET  Wireless, secured.

• HOT TUB  just steps from the front door and completely private.

• OUTDOOR PRIVATE POOL  Seasonal (usually late May through mid September).

• BABY/KID ITEMS Portable crib, high chair, booster chair, and bouncy seat for babies, and toys.

• PLAY STRUCTURE, VOLLY BALL NET, PING PONG TABLE (summer) and lots of open space for flying kites, playing ball, or even hitting golf balls.

• Library of books, movies, CDs, and games for adults and children.

• Large deck with southern exposure (sun all day); gas and charcoal grills, 12 outdoor dining chairs and table.

• Stereo system with speakers on deck and in main rooms.

• TVs in every bedroom and living room with cable/DVD.

• PRIVATE 70' DOCK with row boat, paddle boat, and canoe for your use (life jackets supplied).

• PRIVACY Seven acres, of meadows, trees, and shoreline.
