Amenities and Description of Property

• THREE BEDROOMS:

• Master bedroom (main floor): King sized bed with down pillows/comforter, twin bed pull-out chair.

• Second Bedroom (upstairs): King bed with down pillows and comforter, twin bed, full-sized sofa-sleeper.

• Third Bedroom (upstairs):  twin bunk bed (2 beds), two twin beds, full-sized sofa-sleeper.

• TWO FULL BATHROOMS with baths/showers. One on each floor. Towels for up to 10 guests. Soap/shampoo/conditioner also provided.

• WELL EQUIPPED KITCHEN with stainless steel appliances, including: range, refrigerator with ice/water, microwave, dishwasher, espresso machine, and trash compacter. Cookware, dishes, silverware, etc, for up to 10 guests, and a few pantry items provided for your convenience.

• GREAT ROOM with STONE FIREPLACE (including "MOOSE") and tall ceilings, comfortable leather sofas, and cozy lodge-like feel.

• HOT TUB  seats up to 6. Private, on back deck overlooking the lake.

• OUTDOOR POOL Next door to house. Seasonal only (usually late May through mid September).

• Portable crib, high chair, booster chair, and bouncy seat for babies.

• Lots of books and games (some toys for small children).

• Large deck with southern exposure (sun all day); gas grill, chairs, table.

• Stereo system with speakers on deck and in main rooms.

• Several color TVs through house, all with cable and DVD players.

• PRIVATE 70' DOCK row boats, paddle boat, and canoe for your use (life jackets supplied).

• PRIVACY! Seven acres, surrounded by meadows, trees, and water.
