2009 Rates
LOW SEASON (October-May, pool closed)
Weekends (Friday - Sunday afternoon): $575/weekend
Midweek: $250/night (2 night minimum)
Weekly: $1750/week
HIGH SEASON (June-September, or when pool is open)
Weekends (Friday - Sunday afternoon): $675/weekend
Midweek: $300/night (2 night minimum)
Weekly: $2100/week
HOLIDAYS
3-day Holidays (3 night minimum): $350/night
(President’s Day, Memorial Day, Labor Day, July 4th, New Years/Eve)
Thanksgiving, Christmas (four night minimum): $350/night
ADDITIONAL FEES
Departure cleaning fee: $120
WA state sales tax: 8.8%
Prices subject to change. We reserve the right to refuse renting for any reason.
- Reservation and damage deposit of $500 is required to reserve your dates. VISA, MC or checks accepted . Checks are deposited upon receipt. Funds are held as a damage deposit through your stay and refunded up to 10 days after departure--provided there is no damage to property. Credit card deposits are held as authorizations only.
- Full rental amount is due 30 days prior to arrival if paying by check. If paying by credit card, processing will occur 30 days prior. NOTE: There is a 3% processing fee added to credit card charges.
- Cancellations are fully refundable up to 30 days prior to arrival. After that, there is a 50% cancellation fee.
Additional Information
Responsible party (name on rental agreement) must be at least 25 years of age, and on the property during rental dates.
- Check-in time is 3pm, and check-out time is 12 noon, unless otherwise noted. Off season times are usually more flexible.
- No smoking in cabin.
- No pets inside the cabin.
Maximum of 10 overnight guests (unless prior agreement is made).
PLEASE NOTE: This is a family cabin, available for rental use by responsible adults. If you are looking for a place to have a wild party, this is NOT the place!
